Premium homesites in a friendly neighborhood If you own a modular home, or wish to, homesites are available for rent in Saddleback Village. Fenced lots in a variety of sizes accommodate singlewide and doublewide homes. Our rental lots include paved off-street parking and cedar fencing.

Homesite renters have access to the 53,000 square foot Activity Center, weekly trash removal, and access to all utilities including cable TV.

Battlement Mesa modular home lot rentals are located just outside of Parachute, Colorado halfway between Rifle and Grand Junction in the Piceance Basin.
