Modular Home Park Enjoy spacious living in our 3 bedroom/2 bath pet-friendly modular homes in Saddleback Village. All homes include a fully outfitted kitchen, with electric range, refrigerator, garbage disposal and dishwasher, as well as window treatments and floor coverings. The utility area features hook-ups for your washer and dryer (or you may rent these appliances from us for a nominal fee). Maintenance staff is on call 24 hours a day to respond to your emergency maintenance needs." Additional amenities include a wood-burning fireplace (in the double wide homes), fenced private yard, concrete patio, 8' x 8' storage shed and a driveway big enough for two vehicles. As with all rental units, cable TV and high speed internet access are available through Battlement Mesa Communications. These energy-efficient homes feature gas/forced air heat, gas hot water heaters, storm windows and a swamp cooler. Weekly trash removal is also provided. Both the elementary and middle schools are within easy walking distance of Saddleback Village. |
