For those who own a modular home, or wish to, homesites are available for rent in Saddleback Village. Fenced lots in a variety of sizes accommodate single and double wide homes. The lots include paved off-street parking and cedar fencing.

Homesite renters have free access to the 53,000 square feet. Activity Center, free weekly trash removal, and access to all utilities including cable TV.
